Octant's Board of Directors

Dr. John Farazian
President & Chief Executive Officer

Co-founder, president and CEO of Octant Technologies,    Dr. Farazian has numerous years of experience in design, simulation, testing and implementation of control systems. Dr. Farazian received his BS, MS and Ph.D. in Control Systems from the Mechanical Engineering Department
of the University of California at Berkeley.

Scott C. McDonald
Member of the Board

Mr. McDonald has more than 25 years of substantial experience in operations, administration and financial management and in building successful companies. Mr. McDonald is President & CEO of Castelle Corp. and was the CFO of Integrated Systems during its IPO. He has
been advising on Octant's Board since it's founding. Mr. McDonald holds a BS in Accounting from the University       of Akron and an MBA from Golden Gate University.


Patrick R. Woods
Member of the Board

 Mr. Woods joined Mr. Scott McDonald and Dr. John Farazian on Octant Technologies' Board of Directors in June, 2004. Mr. Woods brings to Octant's existing board
of director's years of Government program management
and marketing experience with leading Aerospace companies, including Lockheed Martin Corporation. 
Mr. Woods holds a B.S. degree in Public Administration
and a M.P.A. in Public Management from Indiana University.
